Dear Parents,
Cocoon Yoga is giving children the life skills necessary to cope in a more hectic world. Children nowadays go through life with a lot of baggage on them; physically and emotionally. The heavy baggage they carry to school, day in and day out, literally causes physical stress on their backbones and their posture. Emotionally, the rush for excellence and expectations on our little ones do stress them out.
This shouldn't be the case at all. As children, life should be stress free and full of fun!
We can't change the way of the world but we certainly can contain it by helping them manage stress better even from a very young age; as young as 6 months old.
Cocoon Yoga is giving children the life skills necessary to cope in a more hectic world. They focus on teaching yoga in small classes, the traditional way.
Cocoon Yoga's Kids Yoga is divided into 3 groups of a maximum of 10 kids to a class;
- Baby Yoga (6 - 18 months)
- Toddler Yoga (18 - 36 months)
- Kids Yoga (3 - 11 years)
This program helps children handle their daily hectic schooling lifestyle and prepare them early. Here are just a few of the many benefits and skills they will get from Cocoon Yoga classes:
- Releases anxieties, learn to relax & manages stress
- Develops self-discipline
- Improves concentration & memory retention
- Learn in a non-competitive environment
- Enhances creativity
- Improve balance & coordination
- Improves posture & weight control
- Develop core muscles
Don't miss this exciting opportunity! Please call us to sign up for Cocoon Kid's Yoga Class or to ask us any questions you may have.

Kids Yoga
Cocoon Yoga’s philosophy when it comes to children is simply these three things:
Beautiful,
Bountiful & Blissful
Happy, Healthy & Holy
Happiness is their birthright
We give children a sweet introduction into the life of a yogi through a series of engaging and relevant classes, in hope that in adulthood, these children will embrace a purer way of living.
Our educational philosophy is based on a combination of science and ancient yogic wisdom. Children will be encouraged to ask questions, engage with their peers, develop their potential and simply ENJOY.
